Pledge 1% VRP Consulting is committed to donating 1% of staff time and product to help advance causes that have a positive impact on the world. We have helped through pro-bono Salesforce work, developing products like GivingX and local charity activities.
Volunteers club Our regional offices organize local volunteers clubs to support causes close to their locations and hearts. We've organized blood drives, brought gifts to orphanages, raised money for cancer research, help joint training sessions with youth sport teams, organized food collections, volunteered at animal shelters and there's more to come. During the 2020 lockdown, we continued our volunteers club through remote activities.
Sustainability We know that there is no planet b and we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and helping other companies do the same. Our offices all include recycling facilities and we use remote solutions to minimize long-distance travel where appropriate. We're proud to be partnered with Plant-for-the-Planet to help achieve the goal of planting a trillion trees and we are continuing to investigate new ways to reduce our carbon footprint and waste.

2. Interview Typically we then have two rounds of interviews, one a competency interview, and the other a team-fit interview. Sometimes we set tasks to ensure you have the required skills. This is your opportunity to learn more about us and how you can enjoy becoming part of our team.
3. Join If you like what you see and we like what we hear, then all that's left is to accept the offer, sign the papers and join the team. Once you accept, we'll arrange a first day orientation to welcome you properly. Our onboarding process takes you on a continuous learning journey.
